1. Coding Tokens (CT)

Coding Tokens (CT) are off-chain utility credits used inside Voxeon for AI generations, agent runs, deployments, and platform usage. CT are not a cryptocurrency, not on-chain, and not tradable. $1 = 500,000 CT.

Purchased CT is a one-time top-up with no subscription and no recurring charge. Paid CT does not expire.

2. Free credits

Free users get Vox 1.0 with a daily free CT cap of 25,000 CT for the first 6 months. Free CT refills daily up to the cap and does not roll over.

After that 6-month window ends, the daily free refill stops and continued usage relies on purchased CT, which never resets or expires.

Free usage is protected by daily limits, abuse prevention, and server-side usage metering. Free credits are provided at Voxeon's discretion and may be adjusted to protect platform availability.

3. Metering

Usage is metered from actual model token consumption. Costs vary by model, prompt length, and generated output size.

Balances are checked before a run starts; a run may be blocked when the remaining balance is insufficient.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Voxeon to generate unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for the code you generate, publish, and deploy, including any keys or data you connect to it.

5. Refunds

Unused purchased CT is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Contact support and we will process the request.

6. VOX (planned governance token)

VOX is planned as a future governance token for voting, DAO participation, staking tiers, and community decision-making. Final token details may change before launch.

CT powers product usage today. VOX is a future governance token planned for DAO participation. CT and VOX are separate.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in the changelog.
